Today was crazy. I officially feel like I am getting old. My back HURTS!! I had both my sons on my back this weekend and I think I strained something. Carrying a 6 year old and a 5 year old on your back is not recommended. I love my boys. Not particularly fond of their mother, though I am thankful that she bore them. The story of how I am spending weekends with them is another post but rest assured I did not ask nor want for this to be or stay this way. The problem I have is how to tell my sons that for the time being they cannot spend extended periods of time over at my house. Every time I say it I see their brows descend in dissapointment. I hate telling them not because it is not like they asking for a supersoaker or xbox 360. They asking to spend the night at my house for a long time (their wordage). Well asaun and zion, soon come. soon come.

Kinyasa is getting really big. 3 months old and he has a keen alertness. He is responding to his name and making more efforts to speak to us. Babies are beautiful.

My wife is awesome. She is about to start working again after the baby having episode. Congrats to her.
